Refund and Returns Policy

Heyco Tech Ghana is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that the following conditions must be met in order for a return or refund to be accepted:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • You must have the original sales receipt or order confirmation email.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
